Tekken 6, Bandai Namco's 2009 fighter that never came to PC, now runs on Windows without an emulator, and with online play from day one. Tekken 6 Native Online, a fan project by developer Ekspym, builds the game from the Xbox 360 version into a regular Windows program and adds GGPO-style rollback netcode, ranked matches and lobbies. Versions 2.3.1 through 2.3.3 came out on October 19, and the repository has 186 GitHub stars. No game files are included: you need your own disc image.
Online with rollback and ranked play

The point of this port isn't the graphics, it's online play. Rollback netcode predicts the opponent's inputs and rolls frames back when the prediction was wrong, so matches stay smooth even with noticeable lag. That's how online works in Tekken 7 and Tekken 8, and it's something the sixth game never had on Xbox 360 or PS3. You can log into the launcher as a guest too: you find an opponent in the lobby, the game opens straight into the fight and stays running between matches, and each match is first to three rounds.
- Online. Ranked matches with a leaderboard, matchmaking with a ping check, rooms with stage selection, match history, stats and a block list. Input delay can be tuned to your connection.
- Practice. According to DSOGaming, there's a practice mode where you pick your fighter, opponent and stage and see frame data: move start-up and advantage on hit and block.
- Picture. Standard, High and Ultra modes, the last aimed at 4K, with separate settings for 3D resolution and shadows, fullscreen, borderless or windowed, and a motion blur toggle.
- Controls. Gamepads, arcade sticks and keyboard with rebinding, plus fighter costumes and a custom profile look.
What you need to run it

You need 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, a DirectX 12 GPU, about 10 GB of disk space and your own Tekken 6 disc image for Xbox 360: only the "USA, Europe" Rev 1 version works, and the builder refuses others. The game is built right in the launcher: Profile, then BUILD GAME, pick the image, and the launcher checks it, copies the game data, translates the game's code and compiles it on your PC in 3-10 minutes depending on the CPU. The launcher updates itself, and after updates that change the game code it asks you to rebuild, keeping your game data. For online play both players need the same package version.
The project builds on mahmoud-mess's Tekken 6 recompilation work, and its source code is published in a separate repository. Only download the port from Ekspym/Tekken6-native-online on GitHub. This is an Xbox 360 recompilation rather than a PlayStation one, but the wave of fan ports is coming from several consoles at once: everything already out from PS4 is in our list of PS4 games running without an emulator.
