Is there a Cyte-09 Prime
No, there is no Prime version of Cyte-09 yet. Primes usually arrive about two years after the original and strictly in order, so the turn will come, but nobody can promise a date.
Where the blueprints come from
The main blueprint is a reward for The Hex quest. Components drop from Höllvania Central Mall bounties as an uncommon reward. The same set is sold by Amir of The Hex: components at 20,000 standing with Rank 2 Fresh Slice, the main blueprint at 50,000 with Rank 4 Hot and Fresh.
What it is built from
It builds like every other frame: three parts, then the main blueprint over them. Components run in the Foundry at the same time, so from the first click to a finished frame it is roughly 84 h: twelve for the parts and 72 for the Warframe itself.

Cyte 09 has no real resource bottleneck: everything on the list piles up while you play. The only item worth a deliberate trip is Techrot Motherboard, and you need 14. Hollvania in 1999, from Techrot enemies in Hollvanian missions.
