No, there is no Prime version of Dante yet. Primes usually arrive about two years after the original and strictly in order, so the turn will come, but nobody can promise a date.
Where the blueprints come from
The main blueprint and all three components drop from Rotation C of Disruption on Armatus, Deimos. Access opens after The Deadlock Protocol and Whispers in the Walls. If you would rather not depend on chance, Loid in Sanctum Anatomica sells the same blueprints for Vessel Capillaries: Armatus demolishers drop 2 to 4 apiece, 5 to 7 on The Steel Path. A component costs 90, the main blueprint 270, the whole set 540.
What it is built from
The Foundry wants four runs: three components first, the final assembly after. Components run in the Foundry at the same time, so from the first click to a finished frame it is roughly 84 h: twelve for the parts and 72 for the Warframe itself.

Where to farm the resources
There is exactly one bottleneck here, and it is Entrati Obols: the recipe wants 21 000 and it will not pile up on its own. Hollvania in 1999, from the Entrati Lab and its bounties. Second heaviest is Entrati Lanthorn at 8. Cavia bounties in the Sanctum Anatomica and Zariman missions. Bounty rewards are the steadier of the two. Everything else accumulates while you play and needs no special trip.

The numbers look like this: no mastery rank requirement, roughly 84 hours from the first foundry press to a finished frame, and 70 000 credits across all the builds together.
The best all-round support released in years. The catch is that his combos take a while to learn.
