Is there a Jade Prime
No, there is no Prime version of Jade yet. Primes usually arrive about two years after the original and strictly in order, so the turn will come, but nobody can promise a date.
Where the blueprints come from
The main blueprint is a reward for the Jade Shadows quest. Components drop from Ascension on Brutus, Uranus, at 5 percent. There is a fair trade route too: Ordis in the Drifter's Camp sells the blueprints for Vestigial Motes, which fall in that same mission, 11 to 13 per run and 16 to 18 on The Steel Path. A component costs 150, the main blueprint 450, the whole set 900.
What it is built from
The usual order: three components in parallel, then the Warframe on top of them. Components run in the Foundry at the same time, so from the first click to a finished frame it is roughly 84 h: twelve for the parts and 72 for the Warframe itself.

Where to farm the resources
There is exactly one bottleneck here, and it is Control Module: the recipe wants 10 and it will not pile up on its own. Void missions, plus Neptune and Europa. Ani on the Void is the usual survival for them. Second heaviest is Neurodes at 4. Deimos, from the Cambion Drift and Infested missions. Bring Nekros or a Despoil build and the rate roughly doubles. Everything else accumulates while you play and needs no special trip.

Jade sings: Light's Judgement burns a column down from above while Symphony of Mercy buffs whoever stands under her wings.
The numbers look like this: no mastery rank requirement, roughly 84 hours from the first foundry press to a finished frame, and 70 000 credits across all the builds together.
Story-locked and unusually strong for a free frame. Her damage grows with the buffs she is already giving out.
