Is there a Oraxia Prime
No, there is no Prime version of Oraxia yet. Primes usually arrive about two years after the original and strictly in order, so the turn will come, but nobody can promise a date.
Where the blueprints come from
Main and component blueprints drop from Isleweaver in Duviri. Access opens after The Hex quest. The other route: Acrithis in the Dormizone sells the same blueprints for Scuttler Husks, which come from Isleweaver itself. A component costs 20 husks, the main blueprint 60, the whole set 120.
What it is built from
The build runs in four passes: three components at twelve hours each, then the frame itself. Components run in the Foundry at the same time, so from the first click to a finished frame it is roughly 84 h: twelve for the parts and 72 for the Warframe itself.
