No, there is no Prime version of Qorvex yet. Primes usually arrive about two years after the original and strictly in order, so the turn will come, but nobody can promise a date.
Where the blueprints come from
The main blueprint is a reward for Whispers in the Walls. Components drop from Sanctum Anatomica bounties as an uncommon reward. Bird 3 of Cavia sells the same set: components at 20,000 standing with Rank 2 Researcher, the main blueprint at 50,000 with Rank 4 Scholar.
What it is built from
The usual order: three components in parallel, then the Warframe on top of them. Components run in the Foundry at the same time, so from the first click to a finished frame it is roughly 84 h: twelve for the parts and 72 for the Warframe itself.

Where to farm the resources
Look at Entrati Obols first. The recipe asks for 5700, and you will have to go and get it deliberately. Hollvania in 1999, from the Entrati Lab and its bounties. Second heaviest is Entrati Lanthorn at 7. Cavia bounties in the Sanctum Anatomica and Zariman missions. Bounty rewards are the steadier of the two. Everything else accumulates while you play and needs no special trip.

Simple to play and very forgiving. He asks for the Whispers in the Walls quest first, which is short.
